Our Restaurant
From Industrial Chic
To Urban Brasserie
When The Foundry restaurant was initially conceptualized, it was highly inspired by the ethos of a “foundry” – an industrial building where metals are produced. The inspiration not only drove the initial design direction of the first Foundry location (in Bahrain) but more importantly the craftsmanship and community centricity synonymous with foundries – which drove the menu development, service style, and food presentation.
The foundry evolution – from industrial chic towards an urban brasserie with an eclectic mix of spaces, shifted to a more contemporary style, with a modern brasserie aesthetic meets great city residence feel. Dynamic, unpretentious, and “grown-up” interior aesthetic, the menu and offering has also been elevated to include modern brasserie classics, innovatively prepared with American cooking techniques.
The family-style sharing menu is ideal for those that would like to sample several dishes or frequent The Foundry restaurant in groups – ensuring a community and familial feel.
