The origins of the Foundry is intimately connected with the origins of gastronomy and mixology that have seen their golden age in the 20s, \u201cla Belle Epoque\u201d.

Our menu is ever changing as we are slaves to seasons and we put a lot of effort into sourcing the freshest local produce and import the best pieces of beef from the USA and Argentina. All our meat is hormone free and comes from livestock raised and\u00a0finished on natural pastures.<\/p>

We also smoke and cure our own fish, meat and poultry, make all of burgers and sausages and create our own dressings and gravies.
