When The Foundry was initially conceptualized, it was highly inspired by the ethos of a \u201cfoundry\u201d \u2013 an industrial building where metals are produced.\u00a0 The inspiration not only drove the initial design direction of the first Foundry location (in Bahrain) but more importantly the craftsmanship and community centricity synonymous with foundries \u2013 which drove the menu development, service style, and food presentation.<\/p>

The foundry evolution \u2013 from industrial chic towards an urban brasserie with an eclectic mix of spaces, shifted to a more contemporary style, with a modern brasserie aesthetic meets great city residence feel. Dynamic, unpretentious, and \u201cgrown-up\u201d interior aesthetic, the menu and offering has also been elevated to include modern brasserie classics, innovatively prepared with American cooking techniques.<\/p>

The family-style sharing menu is ideal for those that would like to sample several dishes or frequent The Foundry in groups \u2013 ensuring a community and familial feel.
